guarantors, most foreginers have difficulty in their serch for an apartment or
house without concluding a lease contract with a house agency before presenting
themselves at JGC. This is due to the harsh response of Japanese house agencies.
Plus there are the fee for key money,deposit ,prepayment of the rent, fire and
damage insurance ,etc. Principally , a sum equal to five or six times the
monthly rent is required when the lease ocntract is concluded.
We provide
you a house guarantor with the charge of one month rent fee. Then when you renew the rental contract of the room, you just need to
pay a
half of the new month rent plus consumption tax 5% as renewal guarantee fee.
